Born and raised in Columbus, GA, I received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, a Ph.D. from Auburn University, and conducted postdoctoral research at BSU. My research focuses on developing methods to better monitor, study, and manage birds. I have published over 70 scientific articles and am currently the Director of Global Conservation Science at The Peregrine Fund where I oversee all of the research and monitoring conducted by the organization.

Thursday, June 4th at 3pm - State of the World’s Raptors - Join the The Peregine Fund's Director of Global Conservation Science as we explore the State of the World's Raptors, and find out what makes a raptor a raptor and learn about their conservation status around the globe.
