NCA Field Trip!

Thanks for your interest! Unfortunately, the  field trip is FULL at this time.

This two-hour field trip will run from 10 am to noon on Saturday June 2nd, and will begin and end at Indian Creek Winery (location of Snake River Raptor Fest). The trip will include stops at Dedication Point (scenic Snake River Canyon overlook), and a ferruginous hawk nesting platform with nestlings. What to bring: appropriate clothing for the day's weather; sturdy shoes for short hikes; sunscreen; sunglasses; binoculars, if you own them (we will provide some for the trip). The trip will end as the Snake River Raptor Fest begins. There will be food trucks and beverages available at the Fest. Transportation for this trip will be a school bus, which holds 50 students. So, we are expecting to have enough room for ~35 attendees. This will be a free field trip. We have limited spots available, so we ask that everyone who signs up please be at Indian Creek Winery by 9:30 am.

Live Music

We're excited to announce that Hillfolk Noir (~12:15 - 2:15) and Andrew Sheppard (~2:45 - 4:45)

will be performing at the Snake River Raptor Fest! Come see some great local musicians!

Food and Beverages

Indian Creek Winery will be providing wine (as well as the venue), and Lost Grove Brewing will be pouring cold beer.

Bang on the Wall Burgers, The Rusty Dog, and the STIL will be serving amazing burgers, gourmet corn dogs and delicious ice cream.

Water and soda will also be available at the Indian Creek Gift Shop and at the food trucks. Hydration stations will be  located throughout the venue.

We will have reusable, stainless steel cups available for purchase at the BOPP booth, and Indian Creek has plastic wine glasses available in their gift shop!!   Feel free to bring your favorite reusable cup.
